For those experienced investors- have your certifications in real estate benefited your career?

I always recommend doing 2 main things on questions like this.

If you don't have a clue join the military service, using time work on college and enjoy GI bill benefits and savings.You can buy a property with no down VA loan.

Another benefit for the tenant is the optional reporting of good rental payment history to Experian. 

I was going to ask that they tread lightly to avoid legal recourse by the tenant if they try to run up the fines, but my main goal is getting a number so I can recoup.

Disagreement resulting in a knee-jerk public (or even private) response will not benefit you in this industry.

The other benefit of not selling your sfr is that you increase your unit count.

I am thinking of just saying that I am a property manager and am seeing the property for the "investor" or something along those lines. but mainly what questions would you ask the tenants that could probe well for info. thanks in advance!

Its in a town we have a restaurant in i do mainly restaurant business, and have 1 sfr ( manage 3 srf including my own) at the moment but just recently discovered this lot off market someone trying to get rid of it yes new construction is possible yes i know contractors that will jump on it right awayJust mainly want to hear if bulding a brand new 4plex i can rent out to out of town workers on a month to month basis is worth while at a cost of 275k for 200-250 cashflow a door a month at a 15 year loan is worth it?

This is one of the biggest benefits to the BRRRR method.
