Create a simple spreadsheet or written list to compare the features of each and identify the ones that align with your requirements.

The tax I was talking about are a sales tax paid on properties being sold/transferred.

Swapping deals means you find homes, talk down prices, and pass them to a new buyer.

We have had several people about to sign a lease that flaked out, and it's hurting our listing.

I already get a list from the county, but they are pre-foreclosures that were field.
