The most recent house we offered needs a complete remodel inside, but the structure is sound.For example, we need new kitchen cabinets, sinks, paint, flooring, and drywall in certain areas of the house that have been damaged, as well as new light fixtures and interior and exterior paint.

I recommend looking into areas near economic bases - close to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Ohio State Campus, New Albany, etc.

These activities include shopping for mortgage, communication with lenders, going to open houses, doing comps for putting in an offer, analysing disclosures, and closing activities.

Dealing with sellers, negotiating, getting to closing.

I’m not experienced with being a landlord, so I wasn’t sure if I should first acquire a rental close to home to learn the ropes or if I should just look into Florida with a property management company since I plan on moving there within the next to years.

The county explained, then very casually said "oh, and be sure to get it here by the end of the month as the memorandum of no new permits for at least 12 months has passed"Since we were closing in a couple of weeks, we had to pass on it.
