And, though I haven’t used them, I have had conversations with the staff at Corevest (above) and think this company will be a great fit once an investor needs a line of credit product for acquisitions, or portfolio products (after the first ten mortgages are utilized).Any other questions?

Oh, and our clients were all a lot happier so they referred their colleagues, staff was happier, etc.I do know a few local investors that work in the city happily and profitably on their own portfolios but it is an art that is difficult to reproduce if you are buying from a distance.

If so, you have to have staff to take care of the people, and that could add a big overhead.I don't know anything about a boarding home for elderly folks, but I would think there would have to be some mandatory regulations you would have to meet; the building might not be up to the regulations.
