Is it worth the ~$2150 to get the $10k insulation job done?

Every one of those people have full time jobs, their STR is something on the side. 

The only problem is that I will be in a job rotation program for the next 2 years, meaning I'll be changing locations every 6 months.

This will be a lateral transfer for my day job and will put me within striking distance of (what I think are) my target market(s).

I personally like investing in B and C class apartment communities in high growth markets (population and jobs).
