I've come recently to learn about the power of real estate and investing to provide financial security for myself and family and to do my part in improving the community.My plan (as of now anyway; it's a moving target) is to get licensed as a real estate agent in an attempt to become intimately familiar with my local market, earn money with which to start investing, and meet lots of new people!

The number two reason is that everything is a priority for a tenant/buyer up until the point in time that they get into the home.

He does not want 1st position as a private lender at this point in time although he can handle the dollars.  

I wish it didn't bother me, maybe in time I'l get better at this and lose less sleep. 

There may be people who are really good at fighting it in court and know their rights and can maybe even make a case for themselves -  but at this point in time - I would not be willing to risk my property or business over it just yet.

The real estate companies are able to deliver the perfect service in time are becoming more successful and those who are can't deliver good service in time becoming looser.

(The traveling nurses who had reserved it couldn't get their CA nursing licenses in time to start their Bay Area assignments).

Also in time of covid I don’t think much would favor the landlord side. 

If you're concerned about not receiving a response within the inspections window, then elect 30 days for permitting/zoning contingencies in the AOS so you can receive the city's response in time.
