Have an appointment with a new GC to see if he can figure out an affordable solution to the slop in the kitchen.

@Mark WhittakerMaybe not saturated so much as just not alot of inventory right now but id say be ready to offer different solutions as far as income streams.

Obviously there is no true solution to currently to weed out all the bad apples ahead of time.

@Bjorn Ahlblad For the outside solution I was planning on digging a trench around the perimeter of the house, installing PVC drain pipe and a sump pump, and then backfilling.I don't know if this is the right solution or not.
