The exception today and the benefit is online only tax deed auction counties will end up with more post auction lands available properties that you can buy over the counter for base tax with no competition...with the exception if a property was still homestead...there are alot of quirks but very equitable to learn and watch..those who consistantly watch will find the best deals.

I believe he constructed the graph.So the question is, when you say that multifamily got crushed, are you saying that that occurred in Ca/Fl/Nv/Az, and that is how you two can disagree so substantially, or are you saying that he is citing data incorrectly?
