Then, you have all the little hidden taxes.

So a legitimate investor who only wants to offer knowledge with no hidden agenda to sell courses gets TURNED AWAY??

A lot of this concept is explained in the Keynesian Beauty Contest theory where only the top competitors get the most notoriety but the best picks are hidden in the field.

I've personally decided to invest in the secondary markets outside of the island.Mainly because currently, the market is red hot and all properties that either have equity hidden in them or that are just a good/fair price for ''as is'' enter a bidding war. 

Even though we purchased the property at market price, I do see a lot of hidden value in it and after hearing you on podcast I think you might be the one we need to help us visualize the full potential of our property.

You certainly may have an advantage.If you have been through the purchase / sale process a couple of times, there is no reason you can not do it yourself and you may find a gem in the rough that is unappreciated.Hope this is helpful.Oren
