I've submitted an LOI for an MHP a few hours away from where I live in a great city, with high incomes, housing values, and retail stores.  

Put leaflets at their YMCA or Grocery Store or their Libraries.

@Eric Castelli, well you've heard how a furniture store doing a credit pull the last week of escrow can screw things up, right?

Almost all banks have their own "Merchant Account", that means that the bank themselves will loan or let you buy a virtual terminal or Point Of Sale device for actual swiping (like a card reader for smartphones but the bulky in-store devices), whichever the client prefers.

I also recommend taking a look at the books in the BP store.

Does anyone know a wholesale furniture in Arizona store that we could work with?

There are tons of cabinets places around me, and the prices are better than the big box stores (we do not have Ikea).  

For a customer facing business like food, convenience stores, salon etc it's ABSOLUTELY a must.
