I have a question that somewhat real estate related....How do Entrepreneurs and mainly full time real estate investors handle health insurance?

My city has taken off in these past 5 years due to Virginia Tech and the local medical health provider Carilon, building a medical school here plus Carilon has also teamed up with another school called Radford University which is also down the road from Virginia Tech for another medical facility for their nursing program along with the local community college here.

The GNA will setup a network of health, financial, and social services.

The toilet is disgusting and yes you need to call the city as that is a health violation. 

Be polite and cordial, but only fix safety and health items.

The seller was very motivated as she was going through health problems and could no longer keep up with the property. 

My mother has health issues and I dont have the time to work on fixing up the house in the various ways it needs in order to be a home someone can move right into after she moves out (the upper unit has been vacant for years but needs a new kitchen, floors redone, etc).
