Let it ride all night on green on roulette?

One resource I've heard about on my "to read" list is Long-Distance Real Estate Investing: How to Buy, Rehab, and Manage Out-of-State Rental Properties by David Greene.

Hello my name is Rory Shaffer, I’m very green to this industry but I feel like I’ve been bit by that bug and I’m always looking at land/property and playing that what if game in my mind.

Another factor to consider is the loss of green space and it's impact on the ability to further develop the property.

The investment vehicles you mentioned seems interesting and there are also great books on "long distance real estate investing" (including an often recommended BP one authored by David Greene with that title).  

MLM, crypto, ecommerce, and real estate investing "courses" all promise massive windfalls of money and living in some paradise while you rake in the cash.
