Definitely because of the higher bids.

While this is not unique to foreclosures, and should be done for EVERY deal, I highly recommend you get full title insurance on a property.  

Literally.At the market/economic level, this policy is highly problematic in 2 major ways, both of which are inflationary.

Make sure your listings have high-quality photos and possibly even virtual tours.

The others are cold calling and texting which we highly recommend for smaller budgets.

Stock market all time highs have something to do with it as well...sell what you think is a frothy market (who knows if that's the case or not?)

It doesn't matter if these fees are normal, high, or low.

For me, the risk is too high IMHO. 

Private pools not allowed, maybe a hot tub, still don’t have definitive answer if it’s allowed.
