@Kerry Baird said open a checking account, draw upon the Heloc and put that money into your checking account and now you are ready to wire from there, etc (tip: they often send you Heloc checks with a special introductory rate that is even lower than you were originally quoted soon after opening your account; presumably to encourage you to write a check from the Heloc account).
