How do you (realtor) define a successful transaction?

Not entirely sure if flying out specifically for property managers would be too much assuming one can successfully interview management firms over the phone with a call or two rather than needing to in person.

I've been having some decent success in RE, and so now i have the opportunity of having a number of people asking to give me money.

This is even more challenging with triplexes and quads as they are rare in Memphis and seem to be only in certain parts of town that are less desirable to live in.I have seen and helped several investors using the BRRRR strategy here with single family homes and have had great success!

He always has a few roommates and generally we look for quiet, brainy kids and have been successful to that end.

I haven't read the rest of this thread, so you may have commented on it already, but I hope you closed successfully on the 18th. 

I have actually done a few vacation rentals with great success.

There are successful investors in your area.
