I see it can work, but I would add at least a queen futon on in there rather than list it as an air mattress.Even better would be to remove that orange bench and put in a set of bunk beds.

BTW a point I had intended on making (and granted did not do a good job at all) in the original post was that having the perfect asset protection strategy in place to start isn't crucial.

I've also noticed that the market is very diverse and therefore it's crucial to be working with a broker/agent who knows all of the block by block nuances.

I agree tenant quality is crucial but I guess I’m still ignorant on what the best ways to truly figure that out are.
