You go into a specialty store and can get almost brand new stuff at 50 to 60 cents on the dollar.That's how I put my original system together.

But if the surface you plan to tile over is a beatup uneven mess, probably best to start fresh.

We add tremendous value to the land and towns when we develop, we raise the price for it because you get a basically brand new house so that new homeowners have to make a decision if they want to pay extra in order to live in a hassle free home.
