When I started working with them back in 2017 I was paying $265 a window installed (when I bought five or more windows) and now thanks to all this money printing it's around $380 per window installed. 

I also move the funds from that account into another account so they don't see much of a balance in the account.When I sign a lease with them I print out a list of participating ATMs from the bank's website so they can't say 'I don't know where to go'. 

We were suppose to print out the paperwork to sign today to get the loan paperwork started.

I can spend $100 and print business cards, knock on doors and be aggressive to find a good deal or I can attend a personal coaching and learn that I knock on doors, go to the title company and get the NODs, go to the courthouse and find the home address that I interested to invest in, etc etc.Yes, I owe it to the Personal Coaching for giving us some crucial details to START investing.

Just print them out and take them with you to the store or use them online, entering a series of gift card #'s. 

(if you have quickbooks- it tells you who needs them and you just stick a form in your printer and print them at year end- easy peesy) Have a professional set up your chart of accounts in quickbooks and get everything going.

I'd try googling for the map then find a printing shop (Kinko's, FedEx or a local company) that will blow it up for you and print it out.  

Spreadsheets are also nice to print out and you can format them in a way that makes sense for the tenants as well in case you ever have to print out a rent ledger.

When I'm out and about, it's easy to stop in at Staples to get a lease printed, a 3-day notice, whatever.
