Never done that and not sure that is even really possible in Dallas County as probably most of the records are automated...but I'm totally guessing at this part. 

Just need to focus on setting up your systems to automate things.

Or they have automated their way into a mess of accounting and third party plugins and have lost control of skynet.

And the automate works but not always.

I put in my required application thru Tru whatever from Transunion per the home owner instructions and paid my fee.  3 days later I got an automated response from Tru that the home owner went with another application but no reason given.
