There are tons of softwares for self managers. 

One of the main things I am interested in is their expense tracking and the ability to take pictures of receipts And I am wondering if there any other management software's available that do similar thingsExpense tracking with cosy.com versus zillow, Avail, and others I am wondering if any of the other software give the same expense reports at the end of the year for tax purposes

@Chris Reyes @Abby Weinstock gave you some good ones; I would ask if they will be your guard dog in the event of an audit.

We subscribe to software which can provide unbiased occupancy and revenue data on any properties you might be curious about.

If it's an expense problem, do an audit of your expenses, figure out what you can cut out.

Do not accept or return phone calls from Microsoft, Apple, an anti-virus software provider or any other software company saying they have noticed suspicious activity on your computer (especially if they say it is urgent or your account is about to be suspended).
