Pay it Forward Flippers

In my time as an Realtor and Investor I have been very blessed and look to find ways in which I can PAY IT FORWARD.My latest idea that I am trying to put into fruition is using staging furniture that has been donated by my local Habitat Restore, coordinating with a local artist to redo and style, then stage my home with these redesigned pieces of art. It's a win-win-winHabitat gets money from me buying it, the artist gets paid to restore it, then when there is a price tag put on it in my home, boasting the artist and the funds going BACK to habitat should a buyer purchase the property, both the artist and habitat gets paid again.
