The lender will give you credit for 75% of the expected or current rent to qualify for that mortgage as extra income over what you earn from your employment.

The administrative headache of having to keep extra bank accounts and tax returns isn't worth the extra headache, especially given there isn't any case law to actually uphold the validity of what the Series LLC is trying to accomplish. 

The $100K withdrawal would be added to your current income and you would be taxed on the total in the higher tax bracket. 

Add some updated (but cheap) exterior lights and interior LED lights (either recessed or swap out bulbs)If bedrooms only have 1 dome light, could consider adding a nice big fan/light combo. 

Basically, 1) if you travelled after identifying the propery that you bought but before the purchase , that would be added to basis.2) travel after buying the property might also need to be added to the basis, but there are some flexibility, and can be deducted.  3) majority of  the work done before renting will be added to the basis.

They intercepted the contract somewhere, duped the attorneys address (added a 1) and sent out wiring instructions.

I got into some ads and the reply of at least two of the ads were exactly the same but coming from different email address.

They are most likely not cash flowing, probably it is only equity pay down they are getting and appreciation as added bonus.
