I was doing research on angies list, google etc for a good property inspector in the area and found A to Z .  

I figured he would be my best resource, just wasn't sure if there was additional research I can could do. 

Between books I've been reading and information I've researched, I'm confused about how a small multifamily property's value is determined.

Hello All,I have been interested in Investing in RE for quite some time now and after lots of research, I am about to close on a rental property in Grand Rapids, MI.

After hours and hours of research, I have decided that Birmingham is at the top of my list for long distance investing.

Reason for my call is I'm researching some multi-family investment properties in zyx area and i'm in the final stages of my analysis and building out my team.

I am researching the MF market in Huntsville, AL and meeting with my broker to view some properties in both Huntsville and Decatur, but would love to meet up with any locals who care to discuss your awesome area. 

The idea you’ve got isn’t a bad one but I’d want to do some research before you lock yourself into a lease at 1000 a month.

I’m not from Cali so I don’t know the market but in AZ you have to live in a FHA house for 2 years before selling or you get hit with a capital gains tax so do your research on that.

I am still researching and learning about CREI.I like to use max as much as I can to invest on multi-family units.
