Those that really don't know should really say so instead of attempting to be seen as if they do, not only can you get people in trouble, you make it much harder for those who do know to correct statements to ensure the quality of information on BP.

As your flipping business grows, you can start setting aside the rental quality properties.

I KNOW there is plenty of demand for well located quality homes on the peninsula and thus that is where I focus.  

If an area is predominantly occupied by investors/landlords, then over time the quality of the area will decline, because a lot of landlords don't screen the tenants and will let anyone move in who has money available.

I am looking to acquire long term quality rental properties.I would like to connect with all members but particularly members who live abroad as well as members who focus in the DC area. 

Middle class New Yorkers are relocating to cities like Charlotte, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta and other cities that provide a decent quality of life for their families at lower cost.
