Also numerous books on the topic.

I have worked for numerous Brokers that owned in excess of 100 units individually, and in various joint ventures/partnerships with other family members and or clients.

I see a lot of listings like these on numerous sites where a property may have $30K or less left on the balance but the market value is five times that amount.

I am sure there are numerous other services/people out there doing something similar.
