Hi BP, could anyone recommend some reputable contractors in western Mass. carpenter's, plumber's, electrician's and etc.?  

Frisco is really nice, but as an investor, you might be too far away from everything you want to invest in (depending on your strategy).I will also say that the north of Dallas area is saturated with investors and rehabers right now, so it might be a bit hard to get traction, but it's still a good place to invest. 

I have a SFH in North Center that I am dong some updates to as we are planning on selling it in the next few months.

Also if somebody from north Jersey has experience with, and can shed some light on, what numbers could be expected at closing along with what operational expenses would look like in the first month, it would be greatly appreciated.

Other than that, look in the southern part of 78758 in the North and 78748 in the South.

We finally found a good property by looking up expired listings in the North County coastal area.
