I think you are out of luck but I could be wrong.The risk of something going wrong for the attorney versus the nominal fee they make on the deal is not worth getting sanctioned or losing their livelihood.You say everything will be fine but the minute something goes South with your property the attorney whether they should be blamed or not will become the target and be sued.People in the business a long time attorneys, real estate brokers know what to engage in and what to stay away from for transacting business.
