I personally have not explored whether wholesaling is legal or not, or whether a licensed individual or not.

@William Kyle Walker  not sure in what context your asking this questions IE are you the managing member of each LLC  and have the authority to move funds .as a data point..

I have explored the forum posts regarding vacation rentals, and I haven't seen this exact topic addressed (unless I missed it), so I wanted to ask for feedback on this particular property. 

My name is Kellen and I'm a Data Scientist in NYC looking for a multi-family purchase on the Metro North line as I work in close proximity to Grand Central.  

Need advice on what types of metrics to show on this data visualization that I'm creating to help find good areas to invest in.

Still very new at this and so far I've been buying and holding about 6 properties in los angeles area.I would like to explore opportunities in multifamily, commercial property, financing, or even flipping since I haven't done it.

Others want to get a one page summary of potential properties and still others like as much data as you will give them about every property that is in their ballpark.

The Allegheny County Real Estate office produces a CD every quarter of all the sales in the county for the last three months (along with loads of property information).I use this data to see what's happening in the areas that I care about.  

The MLS is a different subject and for a another discussion.What is your source for this data? 

That's where I am; last year I brought in assistance to help with the owner statement data entry and managing getting the income/expenses into the system that we use for tracking.
