Yeah I agree I could`ve worded it differently.Yes I would definitly not have a problem rewarding agents that do right by me.I offer double commission and Cash bonuses at closing for agents that bring me cash buyers that close within a time frame.But I did send her another email apologizing and letting her know what I was trying to say,but obviously worded it wrong.Thanks for all the replies.It`s all very helpful.

They close much fater than the other deals as well always a bonus, and also investos dont want to put in the time at the courthouse to get the leads, put them in excel , do the mail merge, set up the 800 numbers , take the calls, go visit the property and build the relationship.

We use them, but now pay off every month (and collect the bonus points to help with vacations).I have more than enough credit available to me through credit cards for 'emergencies'.

I think that pursuing MF in high amenity areas and are built to accommodate families and provide positive cash flow on day 1 and you might be able to raise the rent by charging at the lower part of the range around you or you can timely add value can be a bonus.
