According to the National Survey of Court Data (I have this if you want to read it) while 25% of Americans are sued in their lifetime, for real estate investors it rises to the astonishing rate of having a 95% change in the next 20 years.   

If you were just starting out again, based on the knowledge you have now and what the current real estate market looks like, would you recommend to yourself to invest in Canadian real estate or American real estate?

It is unlike any American city youve set foot in.

I won't invest in coastal area -the hurricane zone (TX to NC) nor in the American southwest due to potential future megadroughts.
