I'm actively searching my target market for a multifamily property (duplex or triplex) that I can live in and rent a unit(s) simultaneously.I've considered broadening my search criteria to feature single family homes with a mother-in-law suite (accessory dwelling unit or ADU).This would give me the option to either live in the main house or ADU while renting the other.

I mean I just kind of happened across it & normally would not have given it a second thought but, to have seen what this really stands for pisses me off.Why not just put a couple of swastikas up their too because they are by virtue featuring as a central symbol to both Buddhism and Hinduism.

I ask because I would love to have direct access to a portion of their paychecks before they spend it on some "unique" items that prevent timely payment of my rent checks :)

If I was forced I would say the 60" just cuz it is unique. 

Yet if you watch TV car ads many companies are touting their automation features, especially luxury brands.  

The $275/ft ARV comes from similar sold homes in the neighborhood, within the last 6 months, under 1000 sqft with no special features like garage, pool, large patio, etc.
