I'd probably say that secondly, a great real estate agent that understands creative financing is also important unless you plan on that person to be you. 

My understanding is that if it's my first attempt at property investment that opm won't work and nobody will do a deal as such.

The only people I have ever seen on this board get good things out of gurus/masterminds/etc. are people who already have a fair amount of capital and understanding of finance, and feel its an affordable expense that will help them transition to this new arena.

You need someone who understands assumable VA loans and how to get it done.

Frankly, everything can be sold and monetized but the concept that I want people to understand is that Fannie/Freddie rules we can't be any more lenient on. 

From my understanding if he gets hurt on the job it would just add a layer of protection for the landlord. 

From what I understand, you can deduct the entire premium as it is an expense to run the rental property.

Please help me understand!
