College is dumb, but AWESOME.If not college, go travel.  

I traveled to Atlanta and found a 4br 2.5 bath single home for 40k in Atlanta . 705 wave land ave 30349 zip code This seemed like a good deal for a buy and hold.

Lots of travel and there's no better way to jump start ones career.  

My thinking is that I would rather do that than travel almost a half an hour to the place practically everyday just to water the grass.

In my leisure time I love doing a lot of things:- Video gaming (big fan, only have too little time to play :( )- Music & Movie- Walking & playing with my dog (a one year old sweet but sometimes rebellious husky)- Hiking & traveling with my wife- Classical guitarLook forward to getting to know you guys in the forum!

Someone contacted him and told him there were 3 old travel trailers and about 10 tents set up about 200 yards in his woods .  

He could buy stuff all over and write off the travel expenses to check out his properties.

My Dream is to retire my mother within 7 years and travel the world..
