All are great clubs with their own flavor and you can lean a lot there too... best part is non are more than a 45 min drive from your new home town of Harrisburg.

The gentleman has a property in a very small town in Western MA (about 1 hour 20 minutes away from me).

Anyone have any information on the meetings that go on here in town? 

Relatively speaking, Crestview is a pretty small town surrounded by lots of empty space...meaning the 4,8 and 12+ unit small investor multi-family opportunities are pretty limited.  

Seeking to connect and learn from those in my field and hopefully close on some 50/50 whole sale deals to get my feet wet.My end goal in Real Estate is to be a College Town rental powerhouse.

Our house is right downtown, within walking distance to town and campus so we never had trouble finding good tenants.

I was actually on vacation and out of town for the 1st week of work(thank goodness everything went ok).Demo has been completed, all the old carpet, vinyl, cabinets, paneling in den, toilets and vanities were torn out and filled up a 30 yard dumpster.I have never seen this before but in all the upstairs bedrooms the HVAC vents were in the middle of the room(ceiling).  

It is a cute, quirky home on an acre in a very desirable and developing part of town.  

They usually have websites where you can monitor how much inventory they have and what they are charging for rent.I keep tabs that way in my town and right now we are at multi-decade low vacancies.

Curious about anyone's thoughts on these beach towns especially after sandy.
