Buying things on Craigslist, garage sales, lemonade stands, hot dog carts, private party used car sales, flea markets, gambling, and day laborers don’t take anything else.

Comcast cable charges everyone a sports fee so they don't have to charge extra for the sports package and I hate football, baseball, basketball and don't ever watch them.

Get your 4-year degree in a school with a building and a winning sports program.You can get your Masters online.What you learn in college,  may not be evident for years after.

The downtown is also getting a lot of work done with some interesting bars and restaurants coming in and some new sports venues as well.

Added to these problems are small business' closing, kids not going to school, no children sports being played, not as many family gatherings, not as many people eating out, hotel stays, travel, and the list goes on and on.

Why not take a gamble with a hungry newbie on something small and get through the deal with them, rather than relying on them only.
