Property features section says there's 2 bed and 1 Bath on each floor.

We have a sofa sleeper that isn't advertised as a sleeping area.

This building is really 4 townhomes in a 2x2 grid, each unit features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a basement with 2 entrances.
