People in general spend hours a day on social media; my mind is boggled.

I will do that and I have started to ask my team to engage people on social media who come to our newly established accounts to post questions, so those can go in as well.

Their son occasionally helps to try to fix it up but lives out of town and they are significantly social distancing due to Covid.
