If you do what is needed to stay on the good side of your bank, renewing the loan at the end of the term will be a smooth formality that your banker will start working on 6 months+ before it is due...if he is a good banker.

It actually went very smoothly, other than breaking even at then end of it.2nd and 3rd came together immediately after selling the first one.
