Start a LLC?

I own a few free and clear and a few with mortgages.My question is, What is the best way to transfer ownership into my new LLC's?

My tax professional suggests we quitclaim the property into an LLC for liability and tax reasons.

Good Morning , I am about to refinance 3 of the rental homes I own that our currently own in Texas and was wondering what kind of interest rates you guys are seeing for single family rentals that are held in a LLC's name?

We are looking at a commercial loan (to place into an LLC).

So I will need to be an active Loan Originator/Broker for 1 year before I can form my own brokerage/LLC?

I'm curious whether most people with one or two STR's just manage income and expenses through your personal accounts vs. starting an LLC (or some other way)?

Great help above if you are able to get them to cease this operation through contract, local laws, or code enforcement, etc.However, if for any reason you "can't" legally cease the daycare activity, but you can require them to have daycare-liability specific insurance, then make sure you or your LLC is listed on their policy as an additional insured.
