If folks are paying you to hear what you think about a particular deal about 99% of those folks are going to want to hire you as their agent for that deal because they see the value that you bring to the table, if they didn't why would they have paid to hear what you think about it?

If they are paying tenants than I don’t see the harm in keeping them. 

If you've been at it for a month straight, then that's great but I think you'll need to put in a lot more time to see the results. 

But if you purchase correctly (buying below market value with an opportunity to boost value with some simple upgrades) you will quickly see the forced appreciation as well as Day 1 cashflow.

good luck, there is a successful and rewarding life outside the 20 years in real estate....the sooner you start the sooner you will see the bigger picture (life outside the military!)

I want vendors who charge fairly, and see the value in me paying quickly and providing repeat business.

BR mentioned in one of his videos that you need to just keep analyzing deals every day and you'll start to see the good ones. 

Some landlords charge more for the flexibility of doing MTM but personally I don't see the point.

By necessity, this will cause Blackstone to sell assets to fund the redemption requests(this is already happening- see the MGM deal for instance.) 

This person made giant error and maybe doesn't have the skill to see the forest from the trees.
