Hi Fellow members need some help with my situation.I bought 2 parcels of 1.4 acre each next two each other (let's call them A and B) under my LLC in California.On Lot A 2 years back I partnered with a real estate agent and transferred him Lot A (for free so he can get a loan under his name ) and put my llc lean (it is recorded) so he can get a private loan to build home on parcel.

Hi all, I am currently looking for the best and less costly way to transfer a deed into my name from a family member.

They bid up good properties to numbers that ruin the deal, but economies of scale, reliable contractors, and REI experience makes it work for them.

They said there is a 7 year contract on the machines which transfers with house sale. 

I've been reading other BP posts and keep finding that people in Philly are having trouble finding reliable contractors.

From my understanding I need to set up an LLC, and a new Roth IRA account, which I can transfer the funds to my LLC when received.

If the foundation repair has a transferable warranty, then the work on the foundation should be a BONUS, if anything!
