@Angela Russo here is a question:  I just watched an interesting YT tutorial where the presenter actually suggests using REACH to retarget site visitors to bring them back. 

Unfortunately many of the job requirements cannot be outsourced or redeployed as I have to be present in order to perform the job.

Although I will agree with Todd that the structure he presented above is typical, more importantly, the numbers need to work or no structure will be proper.

@Jason D.We usually deliver it in person if the tenant is present otherwise we post it on the door or we just email it.

Present the tenant with those three options and act accordingly.
