What do you think is the best money making vehicle for Turo for the Bay Area CA ??

What I learned in foriegn countries is that when the Government lowers Interest rates to where you cannot make any Money Investing in Fixed Income vehicles, they force the citizens to make Businesses and buy and sell things like Houses and Cars etc.

Hi all, I'm debating on investing in some vehicles to put on Turo.

The contractor isn't billing out a several thousand dollar job, where is he supposed to make money to cover his vehicle expenses ?

They also 'flip' cars from auctions and often have non registered vehicles in the spaces, they switch plates from one car to the next.

I think autonomous vehicles will be the future for most, not everyone has a car.  

STR is the vehicle or were you thinking something else?  

When the shutdowns and eviction moratoriums happened, I shied from real estate investing for the time being until some stability hit the market and after returning from a deployment recently I find myself back where I left off.With a VA loan at my disposal and cash from savings and the downsizing of my vehicle in our WFH era,  I'm hoping to owner occupy a small multifamily in the Dallas area, from there I'll stabilize that property and move onto the next investment as a pure investment. 

. - There's a few options there right now & Garfield in Bergen County has some options as well but you'll most likely need a vehicle for all these places as their more suburban.Let me know if you need anything else.

Additionally, the area is easily accessible with public transportation and/or vehicle since there is a major interstate highway.
