Is the contractor experience for your project- Different projects require different experience…”Like you would not hire an interior decorator to pour a concrete sidewalk at your house… you would select a General Contractor to manage the project or you would hire a concrete subcontractor if you want to manage the work yourself.

I would say one concrete piece of advice I would give is to benchmark the types of rehabs people are doing in your area, and what those houses are selling those rehabs for.
