I have spent the last 3 months reading and listening to the bigger pockets podcast, I will be purchasing income producing multi family properties and ideally would like to take advantage of the BRRRR method.

He knows plumbing and electrical, plus hot tubs, so that covers about 85% of the bases.  

there's other techonologies that allow you to build without traditional stick build methods but not commonly adopted yet.

We are focusing on SFR and will adjust to the BRRR method in the future.

Me personally I want to do the BRRRR method by buying a house cash then puling my money back out on a cashout refinance.

This includes the 35K for plumb, electric, furnacePossible Mortgage: 3.5%($18K) down, $15K closing, $490K @ 2.6% (we can comfortably split the monthly)Wondering how that purchase price sounds?  

I have also put ~30k work into the property (landscaping, bathroom, plumbing, electrician, tree removal).

I want to buy properties and use the BRRRR method.

Can you elaborate more on the scalability of this financing method that interests you?

I use about 20 different acquisition methods, MLS is one of them.
