Apparently, enough people are concerned about the price of oil that it has affected Houston’s ranking according to the Urban Land Institute.

To whom it may concern,I am really interested in learning how some you started through Wholesaling.

My concern is that not only am I buying the 'top' priced condos in these areas, most of the other condos are in the high 70's or low 80's with high foreclosure.

And I wouldn't be 'denying' the service/ESA, I would deny the applicant due to health concerns for a current resident.

The main concern that, Property Management Companies in Columbia MD are facing now, is security of properties they represent.

I would express our concern for their health and well being.

My only concern was that I'm not very familiar with trailers and I was curious if there was any difference between a SFH for example and a trailer.

When i got my portfolio past 10 properties life got a lot easier... better systems for management, had enough maintenance work to find 1-2 reliable guys, and wasnt so concerned when 1 would go vacant as i still had 9 others cash flowing. 

That is clearly not only concerning but bad for the community as a whole.My long term buy and hold strategy is founded on investing in my own back yard.
