Louis, MO and while I don't own any properties nor have I flipped/renovated/rehabbed any homes (at least for profit, I have helped friends) I am INCREDIBLY passionate about REI and getting into the house flipping (I'd ABSOLUTELY LOVE to focus on historic homes).When I was 20 I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease that I'll live with for the rest of my life.

Back in January of this year, I picked up my passion for real estate after being dissatisfied with the higher education offered at my local university, and started my search for a different approach to life that involved reaching financial freedom as quickly as possible instead of working an unfulfilling corporate day job for the next 40 years.

I suggest you spend time on whatever you primary passion is. 

They have time and are passionately curious.A good one for the new investor is experienced and successful.

I first got the real estate bug several months ago but I have been super passionate about finance and how money works for as long as I can remember.

That's why I mentioned the free advise first, like on this site.No I'm not agree , I love his passion, because I believe he does not want steer someone in the wrong direction or for that matter let someone else do it on this site.

There is a saying "Make a passion an obsession and you will never work a day in your life" With running our real estate business the above saying is definitely true.

I am curious of what other people do and if anyone feels passionate one way or another.
