@Kyle Galloway I can definitely provide the numbers we used on the house for the flip analysis but we have not officially decided on the AirBnb option yet. 

It's not an official City document but might be a good place to start.

This will not be an official certified inspection, but I can give you an idea of what might be an issue with your prospective property for FREE. 

The ball is officially rolling with house hunting; I am actually scheduling and looking at locations with my realtor.

Another time they sent me a notice saying that I had to provide an official copy of the warranty deed so they could transfer the water bill payment to the tenant otherwise they'd charge me a $25 fee for them to pull the record so I gave them what I had.

Just so we are clear, I am talking about a SINGLE apartment in a larger complex of apartments, so I am sharing that land with over 100 other properties.Unfortunately, the country where we have the apartment (EU) does not really make the land/apartment distinction, so getting an 'official' record would be next to impossible.

If they are comfortable with it being a little more informal than an official purchase offer.

These are just made up terms with no official meaning, so I'm not sure which is which.  

Similar to the taxi lobby is making it difficult for Uber to operate near the casinos, the hotels are making it difficult for AirBnb to operate as well. lots of regulation (and changing), and increased costs.
