About 90 days in, I started to unravel numerous lame management practices and then really started persistently telling both companies to pull it together or else.

You need to be specific such as “I am looking for a tri plex under $250k (or whatever your budget is) in a rental neighborhood where rental rates are _________ and that’s not in a war zone.”

This is a private gated community and has numerous shared amenities.
