If so it is the same level of effort as changing it yourself.As for charging service call plus repairs, again, I don't know how you can conclusively deduct that a system breaks down exclusively due to dirty filters.

Regular retail rates per sq ft even for larger spaces rarely dip below 10 sq ft.I would question the quality of the area at such a level.
